Due to continued growth and to further develop our business, O’Hanlon Property, a well-established Estate Agents and Property Consultants, based in Carrickmacross, County Monaghan, and Fitzwilliam Square, Dublin 2, are recruiting an experienced team member to fulfill the role of Office Administrator.
We are seeking an individual with a solid background in secretarial and administrative work, preferably with experience in the property sector.
The primary responsibility of this role is to support the smooth functioning of the business by providing professional front desk services as the initial point of contact. Key duties include managing phone calls, greeting clients, scheduling viewing appointments, efficiently handling inquiries and bookings via various channels (phone, email, and in-person) and other ad-hoc duties as requested.
This position requires a strong knowledge of the MS office, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, CRM, Outlook and Social Media Platforms.
The successful candidate should be highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment, possess a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service, maintain a high level of client confidentiality, demonstrate exceptional organisational skills, have good interpersonal skills, and possess excellent written and verbal English language skills.
