We are hiring a Front of House Clinic Co-Ordinator
Location – Carrickmacross
Position – Full time and Part time positions available
The successful candidate must:
-Ideally a level of beauty training but not essential
Experience and in-depth knowledge of the beauty industry in Ireland.
Must be able to work on own initiative and be a self-starter and that enjoys meeting goals and working independently.
Have excellent communication skills
Be highly organized and strategic.
Have strength in networking and building relationships.
Job description
Daily opening, running and closing of the business
Diary management for over 20 team members
Booking appointments and maximising efficiency within the clinics
Welcoming clients and ensuring a 5* experience from the start of their visit to the end of their visit.
Developing and maintaining positive relationships with new and existing clients in person and virtually
EOD Reporting,
Cash management/reporting to accountant
Rosters and team meetings
Drive services and product sales in-salon/virtually
Working Towards KPI’s
Full Stock management
Assisting management when required
