We are looking for an Office Administrator who can assist in all Payroll, Ad Hoc and Administration duties.
Responsibilities include:
– Process Payroll for all employees.
– Ensure accurate export of time and attendance hours to payroll for processing.
– Adhere to all Payroll and HR controls and deadlines.
– Process payments, scheduling and filing of sales invoices.
– Assist customers with queries.
– Assist with ad hoc projects.
