Terms and Conditions of Use of ShopCarrickmacross.ie for a Basic Listing or a Listing With Products

You can use this website to list your business if your business is based in Carrickmacross. You can enter your details and link to a website or social media account. Or if you have an ecommerce website you can link to it and place corresponding products or service links on shopcarrickmacross.ie You must have a minimum of 5 products to list. Products must be added before your listing is live and must be sustained on the website at all times for the duration of your membership – this information must include: name, description, price and a working url (hyperlink) to your website or a relevant business social media account.

Products linked to on your website must be live on your website and in stock.

Out of date or removed products must be removed from ShopCarrickmacross.ie within 48 hours.

Linked products must be checked regularly for accuracy and to ensure they are still available on your website.

You must own or have the copyright to use any images and/or text you place on ShopCarrickmacross.ie.

Content which has not been reviewed or updated for one month or more and found to be out of date will be removed & resulting in a basic listing. This is to help ensure the integrity of the information on ShopCarrickmacross.ie

As part of the registration process, you will be asked for an email address and issued with a password you will be responsible for all activities occurring under your account and for keeping your password secure. This includes a responsibility to ensure that you do not enter your account information into a phishing website. All information supplied must be complete and accurate.

This is a membership-based platform. This is currently a free membership. Subsequent years may be charged, and you will be notified two months in advanced of subscription renewal of the proposed charge.

Business Obligations

From time to time, you may be requested to supply specific images to use on Shop Carrickmacross social media and for overall ShopCarrickmacross.ie website promotion.

You will be requested to use #shopcarrickmacross in your social media at least once every 2 weeks or engage with Shop Carrickmacross social media accounts in the same time frame.

You or a staff member must participate in training & consent to sign up for newsletter and receive support emails and phone calls.

Content Guidelines

Our Content guidelines are built in compliance with publishing laws as well as with close reference to Google’s Prohibited Content policies (https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/1348688?hl=en).

ShopCarrickmacross.ie does not support the publishing of content that includes but is not limited to:

• Adult services
• Pornography
• Online Liquor sales
• Tobacco and tobacco replacement products and equipment
• Online advertising and sale of Prescription medication
• Defamatory content
• Online Gambling (except in regions where it is legal to advertise)
• Illegal activities (including piracy, academic plagiarism, infringements to Intellectual Property)
• Racist content

We reserve the right to remove any piece of content that we believe falls into these categories.

To enforce these policies, we will regularly moderate the content on the website
